Terms of Endearment

Swagmart provides the platform, structure, and visibility that help buyers and sellers connect. It is a local online platform for real-world transactions.

Swagmart is not an escrow service and does not take possession of items, hold funds in the middle of ordinary marketplace transactions, or guarantee the performance of either party.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging payment, pickup, shipping, inspection, taxes, and any other practical details directly with each other unless a clearly stated site feature says otherwise.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through your account and listings.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
• You should keep your login credentials private and secure.
• You must not use the platform in a way that is dishonest, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the site or other users.
• Swagmart may restrict, suspend, or remove access where necessary to protect the site, users, or the community.

When you post listings, messages, store content, images, or other material, you are responsible for what you publish.

• Your content must not infringe the rights of others.
• Your content must not be misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
• Listings should accurately describe the item, price, condition, and terms as clearly as possible.
• Swagmart may remove or limit content that appears to violate site rules, community safety, or applicable law.

Site fees, listing upgrades, sale fees, and other charges are governed by the live fee structure shown on the Site Fees page and by any fee details shown during the listing flow.

Unless a specific site flow clearly states otherwise, payment and delivery arrangements are made directly between buyer and seller.

Users are responsible for understanding what fees apply to their use of the site and for complying with any tax, shipping, pickup, or payment obligations connected to their own transactions.

Swagmart may investigate abuse, fraud, impersonation, manipulation, unlawful use, or behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of the marketplace.

Users can report or flag problematic content, and site operators may review, restrict, or remove listings, accounts, messages, or other content when necessary.

Swagmart also reserves the right to cooperate where necessary in situations involving abuse, fraud, threats to community safety, or valid legal process.

Swagmart, its design, branding, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

Content you submit remains your responsibility, but by posting it to the site you allow Swagmart to display, format, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the marketplace.

That permission is limited to what is reasonably necessary to run, present, and support the platform.

Swagmart aims to provide a useful and dependable platform, but the site is offered on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or experience interruptions.

Swagmart does not guarantee that all listings, messages, transactions, or third-party behavior will be error-free, complete, safe, lawful, or successful.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, use of the site remains at the user's own risk, especially where real-world transactions depend on the conduct, honesty, timing, or performance of other users.

Swagmart may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
